The multi-point automatic lubrication pump system consists of four parts: lubrication pump, lubrication distributor, pipe assembly and control system. Its function is to provide lubricant for the friction points of the machine or unit. Compared with the traditional lubrication method, the multi-point automatic lubrication system can improve the working efficiency by nearly 5 times, save lubricating oil by 2 times, reduce the maintenance cost by about 3 times, extend the service life of the bearing of the pumping unit, and has the characteristics of simple installation, convenient operation, safety, cleaning, etc., without special requirements for lubricating oil. The application of this system provides an effective way for the daily lubrication maintenance of pumping units in oil fields.
1. Composition and working principle of automatic lubrication pump system
The multi-point automatic lubrication system consists of four parts: lubrication pump, distributor, pipe assembly and control system. Its function is to provide lubricant for the friction points of the machine or unit.
(1) Lubrication pump. Provide power and required lubricating medium, including motor, oil storage device, controller and other components.
(2) Distributor. According to the need of quantitative distribution of lubricating medium, there are progressive and non progressive structural forms.
(3) Pipe assembly. Connect the lubricating pump and distribution element in the system, and deliver the lubricating medium to each lubricating point composed of pipe joints, flexible hoses (or rigid rigid pipes), etc.
(4) Control system: The control system is composed of electronic program controller, pressure switch, liquid level switch and other control elements. It controls the lubrication pump to work according to the set requirements, controls the startup and shutdown time of the lubrication pump and system, monitors and alarms the system pressure and oil storage level, and can display the working state of the system.
The progressive lubrication system consists of a lubrication pump, a progressive distributor, a pipe assembly and a control component. Progressive lubrication system is a completely closed lubrication system, which provides quantitative lubrication medium to each lubrication point in sequence.
Working principle of multi-point automatic lubrication system: high-pressure semi fluid lubricating grease enters the main pipe through the grease injection port, enters the distribution valve, and then quantitatively injects into each lubricating point through the high-pressure hose to ensure accurate and effective lubrication of each lubricating point under different working conditions. As the distribution valve is connected with each lubricating point through a high-pressure oil pipe, a closed lubricating oil delivery system suitable for the working conditions of the pumping unit is formed. Its accurate oil injection depends on the diameter and working stroke of the plunger in the distributor.
